Bendigo Marine World, located in Epsom, has been named Quintrex Victoria/ Tasmania Dealer of the Year for 2016-2017.
The Quintrex National Dealer of the Year award is based on ten criteria, some of which are: customer feedback, dealership presentation, quality of staff, variety and number of stock on display, website, on water activity and marketing.
Bendigo Marine World Owners Trevor and Donna Yates said it was an honour to receive the coveted award and attribute their success to customer service and quality products.
‘To stand with others that have been in successful businesses for many years, it was a thrill to win this respected award.
‘Small business is tough at times and it is nice to be acknowledged for striving to “do the right thing” by our suppliers and customers whilst building a reputation to be proud of.
When asked about their high ratings received in the Quintrex Customer Satisfaction survey Trevor added;
